Spradley provides an AI-powered employee engagement platform that enables organisations to conduct confidential conversations, interviews, and generate actionable insights from employee feedback.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Employee conversation responses are collected confidentially and processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Spradley and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before account deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spradley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
